This is a month-long program with workouts you can do from anywhere! It would be helpful to have some weights to progress this program, but you can do most things just with bodyweight if you are looking simple at home workouts o getting started on a fitness journey. This program was largely designed to help create habits and accountability, it's simple, but not necessarily easy. You have options to add weight and do more reps/sets to get what you need out of this workout. Each workout also has an optional finisher. You can always do those finishers on their own as a stand alone workout!
