A month-long program built to keep you moving, motivated, and grounded — no gym required. This 4-week program is designed with workouts you can do anywhere, with minimal equipment and maximum impact. You’ll just need a pair of dumbbells (or something to lift!) to get the most out of it, but most movements can be done with bodyweight if you’re just starting out or keeping it simple. Frost Fit isn’t about perfection, it’s about building habits, creating accountability, and proving that consistency really does make you stronger. It’s simple, but not always easy. You’ll have the option to add weight, increase reps, and push yourself at your own pace. Each workout also includes an optional finisher, a quick burst of cardio or core work that can be added on or done solo when you’re short on time. 💪 Choose Your Frost Fit Experience 🥶 Base Access — $50 Access to all 4 weeks of workouts from the Wix app plus group access for motivation and check-ins.
